Stephen Nolan, CPA MBA

Steve is an accomplished finance and operations executive in the affordable housing industry. During his 25 years of affordable housing experience, he has lead teams during periods of challenge, change and growth by combining clear vision, momentum, trust, innovation and integrity.  

Lorel Torres

Lorel primarily focuses on project management, with an emphasis in IT Software Implementation projects. She is very effective at managing relationship and overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines.  

Aida Mateo

Aida has over 25 years of professional experience and primarily focuses on process reengineering, training, and financial consulting. She is very effective at distilling complex matters into easy to understand concepts.

George Wilson

George has 25 years in IT Software Implementation projects, with 10 years focused on the affordable housing industry. He has held positions at housing authorities and functioned as an implementation consultant on very large implementation projects within the affordable housing industry.

About Us

Raymond Coury, CPA

Ray has over 30 years as a CPA professional with experience in audit, accounting and finance. He has over 15 years experience in the affordable housing industry working as an auditor and fee accountant. Ray is highly skilled at resolving complex accounting issues quickly and fairly.

Steve is the founding member of the IFH Solutions and serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the company.  He has previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer at the Atlanta Housing Authority and Senior Auditor with the Office of Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
